Our Mission:

Travis County Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TCSDHH) is a dynamic,
responsive agency that strives to bridge the gaps between deaf and hearing citizens in
the Travis County area. This agency upholds the rights of individuals to realize their
potential and lead rich, fulfilling lives, and dedicates its staff and resources to the
following:

·             Providing and improving communication options

·             Promoting self-sufficiency and non-institutional living

·             Advocating for the elimination of barriers

·             Providing information and referral resources

·             Providing individualized service in a caring and efficient manner

TCSDHH is a program of Travis County Health and Human Services and Veteran Services.

TCSDHH is funded by the Travis County Commissioners Court with additional funding by the Department of Rehabilitative Services, City of Austin, and The Texas Department of Human Services.
